She has in-depth experience demonstrating the value of Medical Affairs by building new capabilities and creating innovative, cross-functional programs. She’s led award-winning digital initiatives including Share of Scientific Voice, Social Monitoring, and KOL Mindset Measurement to influence strategic decision-making across multiple disciplines. Melanie has developed new business-related processes and creative solutions to drive medical excellence and standardize launch readiness including Strategic Insight Analytics, Comprehensive KOL Engagement Planning, and Field Medical Performance Dashboards.
